1. What we collect

• Sign-up: your name, nickname, email and (if you want) WhatsApp.
• Your game accounts: the nickname and identifier (IGG) of the Lords Mobile account you connect, plus the status the bot reports (might, shield, resources, etc.).
• Login authorization (Google or Facebook): when you connect an account, the extension captures the token that authorizes the bot to sign into the game. We do not collect or store your Google password.
• Payments: records of top-ups and wallet usage. The payment data itself is handled by the payment provider.

2. How we use it

• To make the bot operate on your accounts according to your settings.
• To show account status on the panel.
• To send important notices about your account (by email or WhatsApp).
• To process plans and wallet movements.

3. Google / Facebook login

The login happens on the official Google page. The extension only collects the "green light" (authorization token) and sends it through a secure channel to the bot server. That token is used solely to connect your game account to the bot. We don't see your password and don't use this access for anything else.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell your data. We share only what's necessary with the payment provider (to process top-ups) and with the infrastructure that runs the bot. Nothing beyond that.

5. Storage and security

Your data lives on our servers, with restricted access. We take technical measures to protect this information. No system is 100% foolproof, but we handle your data with care.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your MaimbeBot account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time through support.

7. Your rights

You can request to access, correct or delete your data. Just contact support through the channels on the Help page.

8. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google's measurement tool) to understand how people find and use the site — for example, which pages they visit and how many sign up or purchase. For this, browsing data (pages viewed and actions such as sign-up and purchase) is collected in aggregate, and Google may use cookies to recognize visits. We do not sell your data. You can clear your browser cookies at any time or use Google Analytics' opt-out extension.

9. About in-game risk

Automating accounts involves risks inherent to Lords Mobile's own rules. This isn't about your data in MaimbeBot, but it's worth making clear: there is no guarantee against IGG actions on your game account.
